Needs work

My main concern right now is that the app is still showing information from last week's matchup mixed in with this week's so I'm getting flawed data. The app crashes far too frequently. While it's not extremely complicated to operate, the entire interface is overdue for an overhaul. When I open this app, I want to quickly tap one button for my roster, one button to check the scoreboard and research players. I don't want to dig through a swipe menu for these things and I certainly don't want to have to click my team's name to get to the swipe menu. It would also be nice if they would put the player's number in his information and list the team's schedule in the stats as well (especially for future matchups). Why is it that I can't start looking into or setting up things for the next week's matchup until Tuesday? Overall, the app could use some tweaking. I favor the yahoo! Fantasy app over ESPN.

Gets the job done; website provides best experience

This is app is capable of doing all the basic functions you'd want while managing a fantasy team. You can change your lineup last minute, add players and make trades. The thing it probably does best is 'fantasycast' the realtime score of your fantasy match ups.
It feels like there are a few too many clicks to get to certain player (no link to pull up game logs while looking at a player's name) or team functions, particularly on the iPhone. Unable to sort by certain statical categories and unable to view weekly 'points against' statistics for the teams your players are facing.
Overall, this app gets the job done. It falls short of replacing the desktop website, but it provides access to the basic functionality you want to have on the go.

Good, but could use some improvements

I love this app with a few caveats. It's unfortunately not possible watch the flow of multiple games on the app like it is on a browser, but it's super easy to switch between games, so that's mostly a nonissue for me. My minor frustrations stem from two factors:

Firstly, when reading an article on the home screen (ex. The Love/Hate column) if I read about a player I'm potentially interested in, I can view their stats and recent news, but I can't see who in my league owns that person unless I exit the article and go to my league's section.

The second issue is similar to the first, only it applies to the Fantasy Cast. If I'm following a game, and one of the players makes a great play, it would be nice if I could click on their name right there to view his stats instead of exiting the Fantasy Cast to view it. It would also be nice if I could view the play-by-play feed in case I have missed something.

It's still a great app for being free, and I recommend it for iPad users who may not have access to every game or don't want to rely on a computer to view the progress of each game.
