The good: This app did exactly what it advertised. I set an alarm, and it woke me up softly and recorded my sleep cycle. I would say that the graph is approximately 65%-75% accurate depending on who you are.

The bad: I suffer from chronic insomnia. There are times that I won't fall asleep until 5, 6, or 7 in the morning. The typical person goes to bed around 9 or 10 at night and will wake up at 6 in the morning, but what I do is try to track how many sleep cycles I'm going through and wake up at the end of my final cycle. It would be very helpful to have an indicator on the wheel like a green zone, that shows you where you should set the alarm to wake up fully refreshed at the end of a healthy number of cycles. This would be very convenient. The only thing that makes this app difficult to use is that it drains battery very fast. I started the app with about 65% battery life and checked on the app when I woke up about 3 or 4 hours later, only to find that my iPod had died :( The simple solution is to run the app in airplane mode, or charge it while you sleep. The latter isn't possible for me because there are no outlets near my bed.

Request: I have an app that records my voice as I sleep so that if I sleep talk, I can hear what I said. Something like that would be perfectly integrated into this app, so I would drain less battery at night running multiple apps, and save a bit of convenience.

Use it every night!

I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and I use it more to track my sleeping patterns than to wake up refreshed. I think I wake up feeling pretty much the same before I started using it anyhow. But for tracking sleep patterns this app is perfect! I literally use it every night and it tracks not only length of sleep but breaks it down when you're in your deep sleep, your light sleep and when you are awake. It also records your sleep efficiency percentage, so you know if you're getting good rest. Idk how it does it but it's pretty accurate! I also utilize the relaxation feature and listen to the waves as I go to sleep. This does help me fall asleep quicker as my mind tends to go into overdrive at night. I would def recommend this to anybody who is interested in their sleeping habits. I've already recommended it to my patients as a part of their healthy habits routine!

Interesting and cool!

I really like this app. Many people love the fact that they wake up feeling "refreshed" when they use this app which I don't because I don't ever think I could wake up feeling "refreshed" no matter what haha. I am more interested to see when I wake up how my sleep was. It is always very accurate based on how I felt I slept that night. For example last night I really felt like I just didn't get a good sleep and when I looked at the graph it showed I was in the light sleep phase for most of my night. It is very interesting to see. The alarm is very dependable so I recommend this app! Enjoy:)
