This app is great. I love how it can be paired with my GoPro hero plus. The best features is that you can change the setting of your camera from your phone. I also like how you can download the videos onto your phone. Like the app a lot and like how it is compatible with iOS 9. The GoPro app is one of the most useful apps that I have on my phone. The GoPro app is a must have for people who have a GoPro. And minus well try it because it is free and it connects to your camera. What more could you want from a free app that pairs with an expensive camera.
Application blows. Doesn't even run.
When I first bought my go Pro I was so excited. I had heard so much about this legendary little camera that you could take anywhere. And when I found out there was an App that would let me see in control of my camera remotely while I was in action I was ecstatic.
I am terribly disappointed after using the app. The conductivity to the camera was horrible. The display was laggy and grainy. But that's not even the bad part. One day when I clicked on the app it refused to open. Ever since I haven't been able to get past the loading screen no matter what I do. The app crashes before it can even open. How does a wildly successful company like GoPro create such a disaster of an app to control its hardware?
When I got my Go Pro a few months back I used the app to see the preview to what I was video taping or taking a picture of. Now as I updated my phone, the app would not work at all. I tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, uninstalling the app and nothing worked. Thankfully I updated my phone to iOS 9.2 and the GoPro App worked!! I am so so happy because I have been wanting to use this for the longest and now that I can I am thoroughly satisfied with it all :)
Thank you Go Pro for updating the app and making it possible for me to use.
