Gets the job done

Like others said it is straight forward but the progression and recovery periods are very good. The only challenge I had is the last jump. When at level 2 it took me several times of falling back to the previous set before I could get to the 50. However I got stronger with that and get over it. I suspect the level 3 of 100 will be the same. Detector is a little off but then I've been using this as an excuse to push myself a little more and do another. Your nose has to almost touch or touch. Not a bad thing.

Excellent way to track push ups

This app has been the best. It is easy to use, and it syncs with MyFitnessPal. It really was worth getting the paid version over the free version. It's up to you to make sure you are maintaining good form, but you can use the app while scaling the workout to your current fitness level. I put my iPad on a shoe box because I'm not ready yet to lower all the way to the floor.

Excellent Push Up Trainer

When I began I could barely do 20 push-ups. Now I can do over 160! (In five sets) I love how the app syncs with my "my fitness pal" app automatically. I never thought I would be able to do this many push-ups. One disappointment with this app was that once I reached the last level there were no more levels. I would like to continue improving. I wish they would add in more levels for advanced people.
