If you're looking to improve your push-ups, whether you're just starting or just hit a plateau, or just need something to give you a set schedule, this is it.
I've already seen a 20 difference in push-ups than from what I used to be able to do. It's been 3 weeks.
The app works flawlessly, keeps records, and gives you reminders. I'm also using the pull-ups and squats runtastic apps to give a more well rounded workout, and it's just amazing at how well it works.
I started from scratch essentially. Level 1 on everything, and now I'm starting level 2. I used to exercise a regular basis but then you know, life, work, etc. and I just stopped, and found it hard to get back into it without over exerting myself. I'm using these apps to get me back in.
More importantly, I'm not using these apps to make myself look better, that's just a perk, I'm using these apps to help me live a healthier, happier life, which is so much more important and valuable, which is why these apps are worth downloading.
I'm back to square one, but in the matter of 2-3 months, I'll be in much better shape than what I would have otherwise been without these apps.
Best app for a set schedule and realistic goals. I have been using it for about a month now and i have more than doubled my record in half the time. It does take some dedication and about 5min a day to complete. I am so happy with this app and i would definitely recommend it. I did a lot of searching as well and tried many apps but this one just fell in to place. I also have the sit up app and alternate days with both. Very happy!!
This app is amazing, I have always wanted to be strong for baseball and have a six pack to be impressive, I just finished level two and I have gotten both of these by using the push-ups and sit-ups apps. People will now punch me in the stomach about to make a some joke about me being skinny but will change their mind and instead say something about if I work out
