Very good but . . .
This and the other Runtastic apps are quite good and I recommend them. But no fifth star because:
1. There are no explanations of how the apps were developed and by whom. I'd like to know that there is some science behind the workout designs and some recurring explanation of proper exercise form.
2. Continually pushing users to give the program a five-star rating.
Challenging workouts, varied sets and reminders make this a great app for training. I have been using this app for three weeks now and the improvement is incredible. Since I am over 50, it is important the structure of the activities are attainable, and they are.
Great App Series
I have almost all the Runtastic apps and use them all to track my runs and bike rides and also their exercise series is great for reaching goals, the squats start off a little basic but they catch up quick and really help get ur form and core strength up
