Pretty darn good
At first you feel like this is so simple and probably a waste of time especially when there are more elaborate and exciting exercises around, but the routine is easy and you go at your own pace and no one else's with adequate rest periods and pretty soon there is a difference. What used to sag, feels like it has some firmness to it and walking around isn't so much of a drag.
This app is great to challenge yourself. At first I didn't think I could do it, but at 74 I'm finding I liked being challenged. Squats are a good strength building exercise to build legs. Something older people need. Try it, you'll like it.
