Easy to stay motivated
I received this app for free.
I love it and would definitely recommend. It's easy to use and allows you to repeat series when it gets tough. Rest periods are long enough to switch weights if necessary. Can't think of anything I wish it had.
Nice. Needs Apple Watch support.
This app delivers everything promised. What would make it a much better fitness assistant it to have Apple Watch support so I wouldn't need my iPhone 6s+ attached to my body while working out.
I have been using it for a few weeks now. It keeps me on track and progressing. I had to work with my iPad a little to get it count each squat but I got it. Simple, clean and it works.
