Love this app
This app is great because it constantly Senesi reminders and just keep you going with your workouts. You could actually put a number on how many reps you do and see your previous days record and it encourages you to beat it. Cannot get enough of this app
It such a sense of accomplishment starting at the beginning then being able to complete so many more by the end of the program. You really see the change in your strength over time!
Why stop at 3 levels; why stop at 100?
I hit the goal. Great, now what??? Why not 200? Why not allow standalone workouts you can customize? 100 sit-ups is not the end or should not be the end. Otherwise the program works; it sets a nice doable pace. It does stretch you at times which is good.
