Great Motivator

Simple app that counts your sit ups as you knock them out. Give you and end goal, and sets a schedule to achieve it on a day to day basis. For example: goal is 200, over a two week course that estimated to about 50 sit up per day with and increment increase of ten per day (didn't really take the time to do the math, but you get the point) by the end of the two weeks you've worked up to doing 200 sit-ups in one sitting! Handy. Efficient. And let's you track your progress. No complaints here.

Frustrated

Agree with the other reviews about the app not counting all the reps. For a "non-training" session (ie just doing it off the schedule) it regularly stops counting and puts me in a pause. Can't work up to record a new max this way. The push up and squat rep have no problem. Looked on line, and can't find the tutorial on how you're supposed to hold the phone to maximize its sensitivity for counting reps. Other users leave a suggestion???
Ongoing frustration. Lowering my rating to 2.

Older and ok

It's good if you are older and out of shape...will probably feel it after first workout, like the fact that I can play my music, like the voice telling me what to do, it helps to hold the phone on chest and cross your arms over your chest at shoulders put your phone under your arms and it stays for me
