Calm offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $12.99/month and an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $59.99/year to provide you with unlimited access to the Calm Collection while you maintain an active subscription. Calm also offers a Lifetime subscription for $299.99 which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment with unlimited access to the Calm Collection forever.

Then breathing out, slowly, silently say "breathing out, I am peaceful". Continue this cycle for a few minutes, breathing in, I am calm... breathing out, I am peaceful. Fantastic App - Just get it.

I have ADHD, depression and anxiety, and I am a full-time working single mom. My psychologist kept talking about mindfulness and meditation and I completely blew it off after trying another popular guided meditation app and failing miserably. I didn’t like the voice of the coach, i couldn’t focus whatsoever, and I wrote off meditation as something I could never succeed at.
Then I saw a Facebook ad that said “Do nothing for two minutes” and I was so entranced by the beautiful scene I had to try out whatever this app was.
I meditate using this app every single day. Sometimes twice a day. Sometimes three. Tamara could not be a more perfect coach. The scenes and background sounds are beautiful, and there are so many meditations to choose from. And it’s all cleanly organized, unlike some other meditation apps. This app is definitely not some halfway attempt to do what’s popular right now. It actually TEACHES you meditation and other skills. You practice different types of mediation and you can choose what you’re in the mood for. Sometimes I don’t want a lot of guidance (or any), and there are options for that. My 6-year-old wants to try it? There are options for that. I upgraded to the paid membership within a week, and I haven’t looked back. It’s worth every penny. I am noticing differences in my daily life as well. I am less impulsive, more peaceful, less angry. Thank you to the very talented team over at Calm. I look forward to new stuff!


Some people just want to sleep!

I started using this app two years ago. (2016) I absolutely loved it! I had sleep problems and I looked up tricks and other apps including headspace but I couldn’t afford them and this was free with all this cool stuff. You added stuff and I loved but then most of it was premium. I didn’t mind. I had about 6 sleep stories to chose from and a couple of meditations. Got an update and got sleep music. Then I got a new phone and I forgot the password so had the Apple store restore everything and then I got the app again. There was a huge new update which made me so angry I deleted the app. I got it again eventually. I only had one sleep story and all the meditations were gone except for the 7 days of whatever but only the first lesson!! I used my sleep story but heard it so much I just couldn’t use the app. I went to ASMR which helped me for a few months but it eventually got boring. I used calm again and you could hear the featured story that changed everyday. Yay! A different one. It only lasted a week. Tonight I look and the featured story is now premium. Look, some people can’t afford and JUST WANT TO SLEEP!! At least lower the price or do a really good deal that’s worth buying. I have read other reviews like this and I wish I could like them. This is probably the third review I have written and you guys have done nothing. I am really disappointed. Put at least another sleep story!!
