What's New in Version 1.6.1
I feel much stronger and a noticeable improvement in physique
I've been following the program for a few weeks now. But also I have missed a few days here and there. The trainers voice is pleasant and the small incremental goals are really fun to get into. I am at 108 push-ups per day, which is not bad starting from only 20. Highly recommended.
I'm about halfway through the program and it has been very helpful so far.
