Even better than before in iOS 8
Switched to GoodReader when Instashare broke with iOS 8 release. Not thrilled about having to wait two months for a fix, but boy am I impressed by this new release.
Love being able to send a file from any other iOS app (e.g. FileMaker Go) directly to my Mac using new Instashare iOS extension. Happens right in FileMaker app, without opening Instashare app, and doesn't create intermediate copy of file in Instashare app.
Had to enable new Instashare extension first, which I don't remember reading in the builtin help. Share sheet now shows two Instashare items: Instashare (for sending files directly to another device) and Open in Instashare (for sending files to Instashare app on current device).
This new extension makes for an incredibly slick workflow for sending files to my Mac from anywhere on my iOS device. Even better and smoother than the previous version. Very pleased!
I've used this several times to send info from to PC to iPhone as well as iPad to iPhone. Has worked perfectly so far. Very handy app!
Good concept but too many bugs
The app when it work is very useful but it have bugss
