A POST APOCALYPTIC WORLD TO SURVIVE
The year is 2013 and the world as we know it has come to an end. Society has completely broken down. The Scourge as it has become known is an engineered virus stolen and then released upon the world by Al-Qaeda. It was intended to send the West back to the Stone Age by turning their citizens into crazed mutated beasts. In this power, vacuum Al-Qaeda planned to create a new world order.
The infected roam the world and outnumber the few left alive. Pockets of civilization hole up around the planet trying to survive and weather the storm. Courageous and highly-trained groups of mercenaries explore the deadly ruins of civilization to salvage critical supplies and provide defense for these settlements.
Their future is in your hands, Mercenary.
FULL CO-OP MULTIPLAYER CAMPAIGN
One of the greatest features included in 2013: Infected Wars is the option to play with your friends throughout the entire co-op campaign - something never before seen in the App Store. Every part of the game is designed to be played in both single player and co-op. As you progress deeper into the red zones missions become increasingly challenging, requiring wits and tactical skill to survive!

From what I've played so far the game has a mix of strong and weak points.
The speaker has a super obnoxious voice, especially while reading text. He sounds like an announcer for a 90s squirt gun commercial. Chill out a bit, and cut down on that excessive distortion while speaking.
The graphics are pretty neat and fit well with the storyline. But the zombies could have smoother animation, particularly when running. I also don't see any of them attempting to bite, just awkward slapping or scratching, whatever it is. Zombies don't have any interest in physically harming people they're just trying to eat everyone. Scratching would only be a side effect of clumsy grabbing at pray to keep it pray from running, but that isn't clear in the animation, it would be neat if they actually lunged at the player.
But that's minor. I also understand why you would want to get rid of guns. But you shouldn't make it so that players would have to buy them back. If they bought it they should be able to find their guns somewhere along the way, as if they were dropped by someone. Otherwise you look like you're just trying to steal players' money, which doesn't look good for your image and eventually they'll leave.
Improvements are needed, but you're in the right direction.
My kind of game!
I noticed some reviews saying things like "it's too repetitive" and "it's ok but here's a laundry list of what it needs"!
I understand the need and use for constructive criticism in reviews for improving the app. That being said I really like this game for what it is and give 5 stars now. I already trust that you will make improvements, I'm just sick of people that leave low reviews holding stars hostage with " when you do all the s+=>t I ask for I'll give you more stars!"
Well I think it's already good! And I don't take hostages! lol! Keep up the good work and thank you!
bty, I'm a 40 something average guy and occasional video game player. I'm sure the hard core gamers would probably disagree with my review. Oh well.
It has potential but...
I've noticed an unfortunate and repetitive feel to this game. Overall the game isn't so bad, but somethings need to change. The most crucial thing on my mind is you need to let people keep their guns when they die. If someone is trudging their way through the game to buy a $4000 dollar game, and then after a long painful experience they finally get it and then die; the gun shouldn't just disappear! Let people actually keep their progress. With all the bad talk it gets from app reviewing websites, you'd think the developers would take heed to this and fix the games minor and major infuriating problems! I really don't understand the logic here unless the developers WANT you to use real money to buy and rebuy guns. I'd hope they'll fix these problems in the future, but in the meantime this game seems to be sub-par at what it actually hoped to accomplish.
