Numberama 2 is coming out!
Numberama 2 is the good old puzzle and probably the best time killer, that was popular in the universities and colleges at the 80's and 90's.
The objective is to cross out neighbouring (vertically or continiously) pairs of digits to completely empty the screen. You can cross out the same numbers or the ones that give a total of 10.

I love this game.
Very relaxing, super clean interface, no stress because there are lots of undo steps. Yes, it is a hard game, but that makes it so much more rewarding when I do win.
People keep complaining in other reviews about number distribution. That is a game rule that is not explained well. When you hit the arrow, it exactly duplicates all the current number values. This means once you clear out a value (such as 9 in the classic setup) it will not come back. Voiding 9s will force you to clear 1s only by matching another 1. This is part of the fun - clear a numerical type, or chance a random placement that is harder.
I know it isn't a game for everybody, but it is random enough to keep my interest.
Great but found a problem
This is a great game, and sssssoooooooo addictive! But tonight I tried to start a new game, and It said no matches, so I hit the arrow...no matches..,so I kept adding more. Somewhere way over 100 rows, and no matches. I could not find any, and the game says no matches. Maybe if I shut down my iPad completely and restart it? I will try that. Other than this problem, it has been lots and lots if fun. Thanks!
It is the next day, and I thought I should add that the problem I am having is with the Random game. It is normal for the first few rounds, but then each time I click on arrow, it gives lots of numbers, but zero matches over and over and over. Any suggestions?
For everyone out there who's confused about why there are no 9s - when you hit the arrow to generate those new numbers? Those numbers aren't random. Those are ALL THE NUMBERS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONSCREEN with the spaces taken out.
So if your first move, before you hit the arrow, is to match both 9s with 1s and thus eliminate them from the board, you're not going to generate any more 9s.
The instructions should have been much clearer, obviously. Once you can predict which numbers can be generated, you can form a better strategy.
