More hidden fees than shows I want to see
I signed up thinking it would save me money. Wrong. I'd have to go to three of the shoes I like a month to make money and it rarely has that many, or there bought out by higher tier members by the time they release to lower. If you get a spot and can't make it they hold your chance to grab a premium ticket for 60 days and then charge you $50 if you cancel so either way skipping on a $10 face value ticket for any reason costs you $75 (first month and next two) then there are more fees for bringing a friend and other actions. Then when you try to cancel you can't find it in app settings and have to go to the website to cancel, and when you get there they make you confirm you want to about 4 or 5 times. I know it's not a charity but all the gotcha pricing and road blocks to cancel are massive red flags that they're generating the majority of their revenue through slight of hand tactics and not through a quality service with a transparent pricing model. If you go to 5 plus shows ALONE each month might be worth it, but bring a friend and it becomes 10...and don't have so much fun you forget to check in or else they say you missed it and you're fined either to cancel or to have to keep the app for two months and watch all the shows you paid to try to go to get snapped up before you get a chance. Seriously do the Math on this one and you'll most likely find its not even close to worth it.
I'm so happy with Jukely, I want to cry. I just effortlessly got into my first show - A John Waters Christmas Special - and I am beside myself with how excited I am to reserve a spot for my next show now that I've checked in to this one. The concept is just a dream come true and I intend to entirely rearrange my social life to be The Jukely Life. I aim to break into the top 5% of active users ASAP.
Seems like the the way to go is get the annual subscription with the second seat and then you can look further in the schedule for shows others can't see yet. I can't wait to see where this concept goes - wooo!
Learn from my mistake, don't use Jukely
The concert line up is inflated to seem better than it actually is, you're not likely to get tix to the advertised and hyped shows, at least not without doubling your membership fees. Also, you will get unauthorized credit card charges, save yourself, don't join and risk giving them your credit card. They make unauthorized charges for fees or membership add one that you will not have adequate information about and when you think you're clicking through to get details about the add on, they actually charge you for said add on. They will not show a receipt or email to show you an honest statement of why they've charged you for, this will all go straight to your credit card without your authorization.
