What's New in Version 4.4.1
Go back to the yard in Modern Day, Part 1! That’s right, we’re taking you to where it all began, with 16 new levels featuring portals – and zombies – from other worlds. This update includes:
• The return of two fundead favs: Newspaper Zombie and Balloon Zombie
• The plantastic Nightshade, Moonflower, and Shadow-shroom
• A new premium plant, the Shrinking Violet
Will Crazy Dave finally get his taco? Or will wily Dr. Zomboss succeed and rule the time stream? It all starts now!
Welcome to Project Paradox!
Here it is! We're back in the present! And we're finally ready to get that taco! However, it's not just modern day zombies that we're facing. The zombies from every time zone are back and they're back with a vengeance! Portals from any time zone can also appear at any time, sending more havoc in the lawn. In addition, two zombies have returned to create trouble! The first one is the Newspaper Zombie! These zombies are the same as in the first game, except this time they pose a much greater threat! Not only are their newspapers stronger, but these zombies are even faster than before! The next zombie is the balloon zombie. These zombies are like other flying zombies, except they rush the field after their balloon gets popped! Now to introduce the new plants. The first one is the Moonflower. These plants produce 25 sun plus 25 more sun for each shadow plant in its 3x3 space up to 100 sun. The next plant is the nightshade. These plants slap zombies with its leaves. In addition, when planted near a moonflower, it shoots these projectiles as well. Lastly, shadow-shrooms poison zombies and and easily kill buckethead zombies, conehead zombies, and other zombies with head armor. Also, for fans of the mini-game, Beghouled, the minigame has came back. It's just like the original minigame, only more challenging! And that's all for modern day world! Good luck and get ready to taste the beefy taco taste of victory!
RIP- thanks EA
Ok, I have A lot to say about this game first of all it's pretty obvious to tell what part Popcap made and what parts EA made Popcap Obviously made the plant bios zombie bios the plants and the zombies themselves in about a quarter of the game mechanics. Sounds good even amazing like the first game was right. Wrong. Let me tell you about the parts EA made. They made the overpowered plants, the in app purchases, 75% . of the game mechanics which for the most part are not very good like the first one work and completely ruined it with multiple worlds. In the end, EA tried to turn our classic Pvz into a pre-garden warfare, which is a good game, but should be a mobile game. Some last minute problems I have are not as good graphics, objective based levels (a obvious des ion by EA), and my biggest peeve, the shop and zen garden. Popcap knew what zen meant, peace and stress free. EA may as we'll call it warfare barracks. Once you pick up the buffed seed, you can't even keep the plant. Speaking of plants, the only plant that really stands out to me as good or fun to use it the spike dragon, which even then is lower tiered. All in all, the pieces of crap at EA ruined the game, and heck, they ruined star wars battlefront too. There almost as bad as activist on hyping of Spyro for freaking sky landers. Way to ruin a character. EA, stick with sports games. Or none at all. Rip Pvz, you will be missed.
Ps: don't even get me started on the freaking yeti and lunch box crap.
Much has changed since I last played!
I played this game since it only had 3 worlds, yeah, there were only 3 back then, fricken 3, now there are 11, maybe even more, who knows, maybe after the modern day they will be something else, maybe there is something beyond that crack after the modern day, IDK, I'm on the Wild West. Yeah, the Wild West.
I played this game because it was fun, yeah, I got like 3 premium plants and all extra upgrades but that's it. It was at the point where the game was on the progress on making the second part of the Dark Age era. I hate waiting. I wanted to keep going, one day I got tired of waiting, so I just deleted the app, that was around the year 2014, I think. Now, after redownloading it, to my amazement, there are 11 worlds. I like a game that is long and fun, PVZ 2 in 2014 did not have that, PVZ 2 in 2016 does have that, I liked the EA made the game so incredibly large, and, expensive, don't hate, I have a lot of iTunes gift card money, and I have to use it, so why not this game, and trust me, I have ALOT of fricken iTunes gift card money, so there's not, not bragging. Anywho, I gave this game a 5 star because of the long lets play and the difficulty. Probably the only time I liked EA. ;)
