Getting back into working out
If you don't know where to start, start right here. I have all the apps and do them one after the other. I'm 55 and used to workout all the time and then stopped. These are great for getting back into excercise or if you never started. I will write another review when I'm done.
Great app to burn off the turkey
This app is great!! Especially for beginners who hadn't worked out in a while! That's awesome that they also have some extreme ones, I tried the sit-ups extreme, thought I'd be able to do the first day but it was too much for me for now. Great app! Great training!
As a fat guy, I was looking for something gradual. This was it. I've completed the program and continue now with weights. Only drawback is the app should continue to log your workouts even after you complete the 100 squats. This has become a staple of my workouts and has aided me in dropping 70 pounds in the past year.👍👍
