Effective and simple program
I am an athlete. I needed a program that would build my push up endurance for a PT. This is working great. Push yourself to get every push up. Repeat workouts when you fail to complete the daily program and take your time. You will succeed and see results.
Good app. Plain and simple.
This is one of those apps that doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles. It does what it's supposed to do and does it well. Simple and straightforward. Good way to stay motivated and keep track of your progress. I recommend it.
Gets it done
It's nothing fancy just push-ups and rest but it is a great motivator to actually power through the reps. Halfway through and increasingly difficult but also increasing strength.
