This app is awesome for helping you keep organized on the FMD! It tells you what is required for every meal, has recipe choices from the book, it even generates an editable shopping list to help you prepare for the week. The daily schedule keeps you on track throughout the day, even with water intake. Another great feature is that if you put your weight in on a daily basis it adjusts the amount of water/food intake you can have. Love it!!!
This is a good app
This app definitely helps especially with tracking water intake. But now that I have done the diet the initial time and am doing maintenance weeks I would love to see some updates for the App. Four instance when you pick a meal from the book it would be helpful if the ingredients would show so you can add them to your ShoppingList, it would also be helpful if you could modify the phases as per one of Haley's blogs if you choose to extend a phase by a day.
This is a great app!
This app is obviously a little new, when I click on my day it automatically goes to day 28 even though I start it tomorrow. I wish there was a function to copy meals into the next week as my schedule is the same. Maybe a commonly used meals section? Looking at the food list for each phase is a little confusing but for the most part I like the app and will continue to use it. I like that it will remind me to eat and tell me when the next time I need to eat is.
