Special Note on Installation:
To install this app on your iPad, you'll temporarily need more space than is stated on the iTunes store page, up to 6.0Gb. Once the app is installed, it goes back to 2.0Gb. To avoid this issue, download the title to your PC/Mac via iTunes and then sync with your iPad, which eliminates the need for extra space. Re-downloading via iTunes on a PC or Mac will not cause you to be charged twice, providing you are signed into the same iTunes account as on your iPad.

A Perfect Starter
As someone who is fascinated by animation, I love love love this app. It explains the animation process, not just the current methods, but touches on older methods and materials used. I can't absorb this information fast enough and want so much more. The information has very approachable breadth, good for amateurs. The scenes and artwork available are great quality and the more time I spend with this app, the more I am completely convinced that a career as a visual development artist might be the most magical experience ever! (...Along with making miniatures and inventing stuff) ^-^
The app is so worth it if you love animation, want to become more involved in the industry but are unsure of where to start, or if you just want to learn a little more.
And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a 6 Plus version - I want to take this with me everywhere!!!
Where's the big hero 6 stuff?
I love this app. It was one of the reasons I actually bought an iPad and I was not disappointed. It's chalk full of amazing stuff. However in the current description it says there should be all this new stuff for Big Hero 6 and the short Feast. I have yet to see these updates. All I have is a bare bones big hero 6 page with three pieces of concept art, and there's nothing for feast. Where's the rest? I keep checking for a newer update but so far nothing! Please give us what you promised in the next update! And make it soon!
I absolutely love this app. I love Disney and to able to look into the different techniques, different technology, and different stages of the development of movies and animation it's really cool. I didn't think I would love it as much as I do, but it has interactive things in it so you can actually see how they do some of the things they do. But if I remember correctly it does cost a bit which I wish it hadn't but I feel it was worth it
