Great app (mostly), Poor support

I have used the previous version of this "Pedometer Ultimate", and upgraded to "All-In Tracker" to get the cycle mode.

The odd thing, the Pedometer Ultimate internally states its Pedometer Ultimate v15, and the All-In Tracker states is "Pedometer Ultimate v14".

I have issues with exporting to Dropbox under All-In Tracker. Contacted support and they stated "It's not the app problem".

It works under "Pedometer Ultimate" just fine, but not under "All-In Tracker".

The version numbers bother me too, how can a newer version of the product have an older version internally. I think they may have some quality control issues, and need to train their support staff on better customer service.

Over all the app is one of the better ones I have used and use it for walking and biking. The export to dropbox for keeping my own records off-line is nice, and it not working under the current version is a disappointment.

I would have rated it 5 stars if it wasn't for their support so far.

Occasionally Disappointing

I usually love this app. I have been walking 6 days a week since mid May. When this works, which it usually does, it accurately tracks distance, speed and even location (if I turn the GPS on). When it works, I can hear a comforting ongoing beep that tracks my every step. The beep is in the background to to my music.

Occasionally, the beep stops mid walk and the accuracy plummets. The app won't record steps, distance, speed or anything. Luckily after a day or two the app works again.

I have tried contacting their tech support, but they are unresponsive.

When the program works (95% of the time) it is fantastic. When it doesn't the company is non responsive and leaves you hanging.

Works Well but..

I have been using this app or a prior version every day for over a year. I only have two issues. When Cycling it over estimates the distance traveled 3/10 of a mile for every 10 miles traveled and it over estimates calories burned, again not by a lot but it is off. The only other issue is that it recently dumped a years worth of data. Don't know why but its gone. Other than this, and the first two are minor, this app has been the backbone of my 65 pound weight loss and return to fitness. I do wish it had a way of tracking a stationary bike workout.
