This app is inspired by the 7 Minute Workout that was originally published in ACSM'S Health & Fitness Journal and then covered by the NYTimes.

Great way to actually squeeze in a workout!
I had not been nearly as active as I wanted to and should have been, for too long.
This quick but intense exercise is perfect. It's very easy to get in a quick but effective workout on a regular basis.
The only improvement I can think of is to have at least a couple of different workouts for variety. That said, this is an excellent well rounded workout and may be the best bang for the buck av.
Great all-around, intense, workout.
When you don't have a lot of time this is a perfect workout. If you attack it you will be out of breath around the fifth exercise. It works on your upper body, core, and legs.
Supplements my visits to the gym and more convenient
When the weather is unappealing, and I don't want don't want to go to the gym, I've got a great backup !!! And it helps me break a sweat, gets my heart rate up, and I feel that I still spent attention on me !! Sometimes. I do it twice in a row.
Great for travel !! I don't have to take equipment with me, and can exercise in my hotel room in my underwear.
As hard as I work, I deserve at least 7 minutes to dote on me.
This is genius !!!
