Twin Moons HD
Excellent puzzle game with interesting storyline.
Pros include: interesting tasks, inventory items that can be retained and used again in different scenes; hints that are actually helpful; a variety of different puzzle types; really nice ability for the player to control the level of difficulty or game challenge; generally helpful journal; and, no problems or hitches when leaving or re-entering game play.
Cons include: graphics that are somewhat disappointing by today's standards, awkward dialogue presentation because you have to read what your player says, then hear the other characters talking in response (it would have been better to have the player's character included in the audio dialogue tracks); generally poor or unclear instructions for mini puzzles, and the lack of hints for ways to solve a mini puzzle (admittedly, this might not be necessary if instructions were clearer).
Bottom line: Fun to play and worth the cost of buying the full version.
I start to play G5 Games..I look for them so I can play them on my IPad. They all great games to me. Everyone may not like them...everyone don't have the same taste or using a IPad to play them. Then also am not a kid..am 66 old man that sitting in a nursing home and the only one that have a iPad here. I always been playing computer games..but am down to a iPad 2 now and my legs and hands and fingers are not working the way they did before.. only have my mind that is up to par and I find that the G5 games make my day go by.
I really enjoyed this. It was more a throw back to the old adventure games of the early 2000s, and I really used to love those. I wish it had been about two hours longer, but it had some good length on it. The graphics were really well done, and I enjoyed the story. It was certainly not a complex story, but it was fine for the game play. I really have no idea why some people are rating it so low, but I am glad I bought it. I do agree that the most this game should have cost is $4.99.
