Bad information

Questions are either obvious, misleading, and or not helpful. For example honey never spoils after 3 years. Correct that it will never rot but glucose can precipitate out causing honey to be cloudy and gritty as soon as several months making the quality dramatically decease. Another question was do they have to label sugar? Their answer was no because sugar can be disguised as fructose glucose lactose etc. This is a terrible answer. If sucrose is added they can say either sucrose or sugar but if another sugar is added the manufacturer has to label it by the correct name. Plus people should know anything ending in -ose is a sugar. Look at the nutrition label under sugar, all these sugars will be totaled there

Fun but information can be wrong

This quiz is fun to take. However there is a fact about salt that nearly made me fall out of my seat. It said we need 6g (6000mg) of salt a day. That is just too high. The CDC recommends no more than 2300mg (2.3g) of salt a day. But if you have kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure you should not consume more than 1500mg (1.5g) a day.

Fun quiz, but remember to check your facts!

Fun and informative!

There are a lot of things in this fun and informative app I never knew about. Very insightful info. about the foods we all eat and better ways to take care of ourselves. I highly recommend this app if you like food and learning about what you put into your body.

Try this out and you won't regret it!
