Cheerful and handy
This is an attractive little app designed to nudge you to bed earlier so that you get sufficient sleep.
What I find most useful, is that it makes you think about how many hours of sleep you really need. Most of us do not realize how little sleep we get.
-- Cheerful appearance.
-- Gently prompts you to get to bed so you can get enough sleep.
-- If you overlook the gentle tones, there are pleasant visual reminders that pop up on your phone. Reminds me of childhood pajamas and sweet dreams. Cute, but not too cutesy.
-- Suggests your sleep requirements for each night based on age and wake-up time.
-- Can set different wake up times -- and corresponding bedtimes-- for Monday through Friday (and weekends, if you pay $.99).
-- apparently you can change the sound of the prompts with the updated version for $.99
-- You need a separate wake up alarm. I haven't tried the paid version, but I wouldn't rely on this for wake up. Too gentle.
-- Can't think of any other cons. :)
I'd like to see a new version with a good alarm clock combined before purchasing this. Perhaps a larger choice of prompts and alarms to help those of us who still don't want to get out of bed!
Otherwise a very friendly, cheerful and useful app.
Wake up refreshed!
I don't write reviews, but this app is Awesome. So here goes... I have noticed, To wake up refreshed, if sure helps to go to sleep, at the nearly the same time each night. I have so many odd times, it was a mess knowing when to go to sleep. Even with an odd schedule, this app keeps my sleep schedule more in check. Leaving me more focused during the day! Thank you for making such I great app! I tell all my friends to apply it their phones, and wake up more Focused and ready to take on the the day!
This app does everything it advertises
It calculates how much sleep you need then plans a bed time accordingly. The real challenge is obeying when the app says it's time to go to bed. You can buy an upgrade which includes an extra warning so you don't miss bed time. If you go to bed on time, you barely even need an alarm clock in the morning because you wake up naturally. This is a great app
