I've been using Fitlist for about a year now and have found that it's the best weight training log app available for iOS. The UI is clean and user friendly. Great updates too! Thankfully this developer hasn't abandoned the app like others have with regards to fitness apps in the App Store. Also, I really like the having the option to download my last set results into that same exercise I plan to perform, as well as the auto-rest timers once a set it completed.


I'm appreciating the beautiful, easy-to-use format. The app works smoothly, intuitively, and gets the job done speedily. Even if I need to create a custom exercise I can do so quickly enough that the rhythm of my workout isn't disrupted. The developer got back to me in less than an hour when I emailed with a concern. FitList is by far the best workout tracking app I've employed and I've used many.

Great App, Needs Update

Overall a great app to use for planning and tracking workouts and progress without having to haul around my notebook, cards, pen, etc. Easy to plan and add exercises, mark sets/reps/weight, and check off as you go.

One major update is definitely needed -- Allow syncing between devices -- I use my iPhone at home/on the go and my iPod Touch (on wifi) in the gym. Right now I have to enter all of my workouts twice. Annoying to say the least.
