Quest of Dungeons is a turn based dungeon crawler game.
An evil Dark Lord has stolen all the light, so your mission is to enter his lair and defeat him.
By playing as either a Warrior, a Wizard, a Assassin or a Shaman you have to traverse dungeons, defeat enemies and loot everything you can in order to survive.
The entire game is procedural so you won't find items/enemies in the same place each time you play.
-4 Difficulty levels
-Permadeath - once you die, game over, you have to restart.
-Shop - buy and sell items/weapons
-Save system - no need to restart each time
-Leaderboards -compare your adventure points with your friends

Don't get me wrong, you will get your $1.99 worth out of this game, but it falls just a tad short of true greatness.
There's a quantity versus quality imbalance going on here and the special abilities need to be made more powerful alongside the enemies and traps more challenging. Would be interesting to introduce attack types (piercing, chopping, slashing, magic, etc) so there's more to tactics than just stat numbers, mobility and attack range.
Also, please rebalance the game's economy. Every time I reach the first shop there's either nothing I want or I don't have the gold to buy anything significant.
Great game, but...
The only problem I'm having with QoD is that the HUD icons can and do get in the way of targeting with the ranged classes. If an enemy is too close to the onscreen icons, they cannot be targeted. This doesn't come up a lot. But it does so enough to be a problem..a problem that could stand to be fixed. Besides that, QoD is a top notch product with some truly inspired music.
A very fun game with good graphics, no bugs, and infinite FUN. Of course, I get frustrated when I die after playing for a long time, but the fun is just playing all over again, with a different character, with a completely different experience. Keep up the good work!
