Really wish all features worked

I'll start by saying the live streaming on any device works like a charm and has been incredibly useful for us. However, the feature I need the most and the entire reason I upgraded to X1 is the ability to take any of my recorded shows to go and watch offline. Every time I open the app and go to my recording list I only see one item (the same one all of the time). About once a week the app might decide to have one of my new recordings available. This feature is key for me and it just doesn't work. Spent hours on the phone with support to no avail. This is clearly an app issue. I really hope they fix this soon. I have so much recorded and the only time I have to watch it is when I'm commuting and can't stream. It's been incredibly frustrating

Not Quite Ready for Primetime

This app, like your entire service portfolio is a lot of hot air, bait-and-switch, and empty promises. This entire platform is at least 3 years behind what several other service providers are already offering. Keep soaking your customers with the old mentality of nickel and dime them for absolutely everything's, charge more for less, because....who cares? They don't have any real options for a competitive provider - you bought most of them up and rolled them into your monopolistic cabal. You are a technology and communications company - yet you do neither well, not even close to a mediocre level. The only thing you do well is buy companies and grease politicians with the largest lobbying force and budget in the country! You have the most distinguished honor of having been named "Worst Company in America" not once, but twice in the last 4 years. I'd say you've more than earned it! Kudos

I am so sick of Comcast!

Nothing with Comcast ever seems to work. If they do fix an issue another issue arises shortly after. I am so frustrated and cannot wait to switch my service. This app have given me nothing but problems! First it kept telling me I wasn't connected to my home network even though I was and no one at tech support could figure out why . Thankfully I figured it out on my own by reading reviews on here... Apparently everyone had the same problem after a recent update. So after like a month they finally got that issue straight with another update. Now my sound on the live tv portion of the app doesn't work properly. I can hear the background music but there are no voices. I don't know why I keep having these issues but the only thing I have been able to find as a common denominator is the updates. I really hope they figure this out. I'm running out of patience.
