Amazing app!! I would definitely recommended to any one that needs some guidance at the gym. Not sure why some reviews say it doesn't work on the iPhone 5 when I own an iPhone 5 and works great on my phone. The only problem I did encounter is that some videos take a long time to load. If I could change something from this app it might be the way your able to view the working out history, it's a drag to try and remember what day you worked out biceps and triceps. But other that that it's a real good workout guide definitely got me soar the first couple of weeks and it's easy to integrate your information on the app!
Seems alright except for this:
For some reason under the women's > fat burner program > both intermediate and advanced: all the day and week workouts for upper/lower body, back & shoulders, legs & abs, and chest/triceps/biceps are the same... "Interval cardio - 10 sprints, 1 min walk 10 sprints repeated" maybe this is just mine that's messed up but it seems kind of lame, if I knew that I wouldn't have bought the app. However, the Tone and Firm Program for women 's beginner, intermediate, and advanced are all different with great muscle building workouts with videos and detailed descriptions. Oh well..
Great start...1 issue
Its a pretty good app. It has a lot of exercises and the descriptions on how to execute them are spot on. I agree with what the other user said about having your past history for the specific exercise readily available instead of having to look up the past date and scroll through the entire day to find your reps. Fix that and i don't see why it shouldn't be 5 stars.
