Big changes in last update - Bad new for players
I used to like this game a lot. I have been playing it for several years. I have put up with the bugs with updates ... the connectivity issues ... etc. But it has always been a fun game. After their last update, the game wiped all of my collections. I had enough items in my collections for several thousand coins and just as many respect gifts. I wrote support and was told that they notified players and gave them a month to cash everything in. I told them that I never received in-game notifications and they could have easily converted everyone’s items to respect and coins. I got the same canned response that they notified everyone and gave them a month. Not very customer oriented. I also noticed with the update, that I can no longer join the lower betting games. My lowest tournament entry would cost me about 1/15th of my total chips. So 15 bad games and you are broke. Players seem to be jumping ship at breakneck speed ... which sounds like a good idea to me. I used to be able to open the game, and join a tournament right away ... now I have to wait 5 to 15 minutes for enough players to join the game to start a game. When I go to manually join a game, it shows only 45 to 55 player online. And this is worldwide. As for me, I will be looking for another poker fix. This app is getting greedy and is going downhill fast.

Hello! It is unfortunate that the latest update has brought you disappointment. we really gave players a month to exchange collections. The bet for smart landing depends on your balance. To select a lower rate you need to use manual search.

Need real money for fair play
Kept getting runner runner and losing on the river in insane ways and was told that in order to get same odds as players with more chips is to by them and you will see that you will start to catch insane hands.
