Good for an old lady like me!

At 75 I know I need to keep my body moving and active. Many programs I am not able to accomplish, but the new set is perfect for me and with only one exception I can do all of them. I have actually just modified the frog section as I am not physically able to do the job. It gets my heart rate up moderately, and I know that with regular use I will probably improve my muscle tone. Plus the nice thing, is that it doesn't require a tremendous amount of time so I don't get bored.


I'm really busy and thought I would give this a try. It works great! The app is well made and the demonstrations are good. One suggestion I have would be to add audio explaining the correct form for some exercises, e.g. "Make sure your knees don't go over your toes" or "make sure your legs are shoulder width apart" for the squats.

Anyway, this app made me work up a sweat and is perfect for busy people that don't have time to go to the gym!

Good app

This is the first time I tried 7 min work out. Excellent for those of us trying to ease our way back into it with out taking a lot of time out of the day. The intensity level was perfect for me as I can see ares that I need to continue to work on. Thanks for the app!
