What's New in Version 2.6
This update allows you to set up a daily reminder to check in! Just listen to a meditation and afterward you will be invited to notify your future self to do it again. You can also set up or change your reminder anytime in our revamped Settings section within the app menu!

Best App Ever
LOVE THIS APP! This is the best app out of all others I have tried, hands down. Thank you so much for helping me with so much! I go to sleep way faster than when I don't use this app. It would take me around 2 hours sometimes more to get to sleep. When I wake up at night I turn it on listen and usually can fall back asleep It's weird to say but it gives me so much comfort and makes me feel safe when I listen. My anxiety and panic attacks are lower, and I experience peace which is a new experience for me. I have no clue why more people have not written a review about seriously amazing it is! Everyone need this!
Great! Some suggestions
I absolutely love this app and have been using it for over six months, consistently. I'm so glad it is available and free. Some suggestions/opinions: the female's voice is perfect for the meditations, however, the male's voice is not relaxing and very textured. It can be distracting. Also, please please please please PLEASE give us the option to turn off the "ding" at the end of a meditation. It's unfortunate when I'm deeply comfortable or contemplative and I'm disrupted by the jarring sound of the ding. Truthfully, I dread it and race to turn off the segment before the sound erupts. Please make this sound optional? It would improve my experience exponentially. ❤️

I am a daily meditator now that I have breathe on my phone. This time of grounding myself has literally changed my life and I recommend this app to everyone. I love the fact that it has meditations for specific needs and I use multiple meditations daily. What I would love to see are meditations for the following specific needs added to the app: overcoming fear and clear mind in decision making. Thank you to the founders of this app you have changed my life and saved my life with helping me center myself everyday!!!!
