My virtual savior

Seriously, this app is a win-win. It has everything you've been craving. If you are interested in mediation and wants to learn more, get this. If you want to change the world, get this. Or if you simply wants to relieve stress, get this! Changing the world would first mean changing yourself, for the better. This app will ask about your emotional state and your physical state and will tackle down any issues you may have. This app has several FREE mediations that's been life saving for me. However, I've bought one in app purchase, and plan on buying all. For just 99¢, you can seriously change your life forever. This is using money for a better health, better perspective, and better life. They are also a non-profit organization! It is the middle of the night, and I am writing this to tell you all how incredible I'm feeling. I had a bad headache. I simply press the play button and breathed in and out, and 3 minutes later my headache is gone. Please do not hesitate! Get this app. Use it as much as possible. Share it. It is pure happiness (:

Is life-saving too dramatic?

This app has been a constant for me over the last year. As someone who is in recovery from an eating disorder and clinical depression, this was incredibly helpful. It helps in the daily moments to realign my thinking, refocus my attention, and ground. And that's not to mention what a light it was to me while dealing with severe panic attacks after a traumatic experience.
Body scan has by far been my favorite and most used mediation. I listen to it when I have trouble falling asleep and have even begun to use the basic principle of it on my own when it is not socially acceptable to lay on the floor and meditate. I even used a iTunes gift card that I won to buy the additional meditations. SO WORTH IT. This app promotes self-care and self-awareness in such a beautiful and empowering way.

Best meditation app, I use it daily

This is hands down one of my favorite apps that I have on my iPhone and iPad. It is a great guided meditation app, allowing you to input your current physical, mental and emotional state and then provides a recommendation of type of meditations you choose to beat suite the current situation. Currently there are two extra in app purchase that give you additional guided meditation sessions. You don't need to buy them to get a great experience but after you've used the app for a little while you'll crave more. I've used several meditation apps, and used various streaming services that offer guided meditation albums, but this is still the best. It's simple, clean user interface, and even gives you badges (if your into that kind of thing).
