Life changing

It sounds cliché but I don't say things like "life-changin " easily. This is the best app I have found to get yourself up and moving by following along with proven, demonstrated activities that will help you start and keep the habits needed to improve your health. Following these programs will also keep you from undertaking exercise in a way that causes you to burn out, injure yourself, or any of those things that can derail you from enjoying a regular practice of fitness. Three years later, I still use this app almost exclusively, have lost (re sorta re-lost lol) close to 20 pounds, and now crave this type of exercise, where I used to loathe. You won't regret trying this app, and you can't tell me you don't have a spare 7 minutes in your life ;) so check it out!

Super useful but it could use a couple of changes

I've been using and appreciating this app for the past seven months. Some days I do the seven minute workout and some days the smart workout. There are two changes I would like to see made to it: 1. Just prior to the next exercise it would be helpful to see a demonstration of the entire exercise rather than a still shot; 2. When an exercise is voted down, don't have it show up in subsequent workout sessions. Because of knee surgery I cannot do a couple of exercises so I substitute something else that works the same target muscles without the strain and pain, but it would be better to not have the same exercise keep popping up.
All things considered, I love this app and would give it 5 stars with these two changes made, particularly #1. Thanks!!!

Major Praise From A Disabled User!

Hi JJ, I'm JJ!
I have been looking for a fitness app that would get me moving every day and ultimately help with my depression. Yours is the one!
First off, it's free, with a great amount of exercises and no need to pay a ridiculous amount for more.
Second, it is very accessible to the blind. It was hard for me to find an app that works with VoiceOver, and where the exercises were described clearly and in detail. Your app achieves both. And I love Chris Jordan's voice and promptsw They're real, and not annoyingly ra-ra. Finally, I love the fitness level settings and feedback options. They are written in a way that you can easily use. Also, the focus here is not on calorie counting, and like I said, I'm more interested in improving my mental health.
There's only one thing I would like to see updated. I know JJ works with Apple Music, but I prefer Pandora. Unfortunately, it was hard for me to hear the prompts over the music. Do you have any suggestions, or could this be updated?
