Easiest Way to go Paper-free
One Note is easy to get used too, even if you don’t “train” yourself. It is intuitive and a great way to catalog all your notes by setting up multiple notebooks and tabs. It also allows you to collaborate with others, have available on the web, and many other features I can only begin to applaud. I love recording very detailed sessions to transcribe later or review. Just can’t say enough about this software application.
Everything gets stored in OneNote
I’ve been using OneNote to take all notes and keep all account details for my job for over 3 years now. The notebooks, sections and pages setup is really simple to use and functionally very useful in helping me organize a ton of information. The ability to add check-boxes, question marks or other notations is really helpful as well. Big fan of OneNote!
you will only about 10 minutes to get used to onenote. i use it for everything—writing manuscripts, taking notes, keeping track of my work. ONenote houses everything on a single page so you don’t have to open a folder everytime you want to find something. it allows for collaboration on notebooks too. just awesome. love onenote.
