It holds you accountable!

Be realistic in your expectations

I've been using the basic version of this app for a few months now. I think the key thing to note is that this app isn't an actual trainer or nutritionist. It will not give you magical answers or workout routines. It's strictly here to help keep you aware of your healthy and unhealthy habits. It uses a general moderation stance when judging your diet, so specialty diets may be judged awkwardly. It also doesn't do calorie calculations as that isn't its focus. It's something to keep in mind when determining if this will help meet your goals.

What it does do is provide me with a happy and supportive AI buddy to help me stay focused on my goal. It praises me when I get my fruit and veg, reminds me to be mindful when I log a cupcake, and will help determine cause and effect when it comes to habits. It reminds you that poor sleep can lead to poor food choices. It tells you that the exercise you did may help you make better choices. Overall it's a great motivational/supportive app for people who really want to focus on nailing down some healthy, mindful habits. I find myself looking forward to my little chats with Lark during the day. :)
