Great Microsoft Health Overview App

I've been reading all of the aforementioned comments and it seems like everyone just wanted to complain about the actual Microsoft Band, itself. Alright, the fact that Microsoft discontinued the Microsoft Band 2 is sad, but at the same time, this review is supposed to be about the app. If you have an issue with the hardware, then review the hardware or send Microsoft an angry letter. Otherwise, take the bitterness out of your reviews and honestly rate the actual app. Now, the Microsoft Health App is great because it offers a detailed analysis of my performance, workouts, and allows me to easily manage my Band's aesthetics and overall look. Now, since Microsoft discontinued the Band, I'm going to reduce my rating by one star, but I will say that this was a good initiative and I hope they will one day resurrect their fitness wearable line.

Pairing issue fixed after factory reset!

Needed to do a factory reset to use the app, and was having issues pairing my band to the app- kept receiving error that pair was unsuccessful. Read you need to go to phone's Bluetooth settings (iPhone 4s) and 'forget this device', then pair again. It finally linked and works fine now! I had also uninstalled and reinstalled the app before I did this- not sure if that was necessary, but I was trying everything I could to get it connected again. Would be nice if Microsoft made that more clear in the tutorial on the band- would have saved a lot of headache, and an initial bad review.

Would give zero if I could

Same issues as everyone else with the band no longer syncing to my phone app. AND the interior panels on the band are pulling away from the band itself because of where the band bends when putting it on and taking it off. Microsoft denied warranty saying it was damage from user which is not the case. After just a few months of normal wear it begins coming apart?!?! Will never purchase from them again. Which is a shame because I liked the functionality - it's just not durable and they are not standing behind their product!
