Why choose Pipedrive.
Faced with the need of finding a CRM I initially settled on creating something that resembled a sales pipeline using Evernote. Knowing there had to be a better way I narrowed down my options to Pipedrive and FreshSales. Both very capable deal based CRM systems. Pipedrive was the winner because it had the features I needed and very little I did not need. When it comes to software it is very easy for companies to pack it with features that are never needed and only get in the way. Pipedrive is clearly disciplined in preventing it’s software from becoming bloated. Additionally they are excellent user interface designers. Fields and buttons are well sized and designed. Using the software is very intuitive and easy to learn when compared to some others. Customer support is Excellent and timely. My questions have always been responded to in a timely manner and answers have been complete and friendly. I highly recommend Pipedrive to anyone seeking to manage their sales pipeline. I use the gold plan.
Beyond User Friendly!
PipeDrive in general is beyond user friendly. When you have an app that is so efficient and compatible with the desktop version it is almost impossible to skip a beat. I set up my initial Pipeline in just about 6 hours; adding contacts, email temps, pipeline fields and settings (this was for 2 separate accounts with a total of 9 pipelines). Then another 6 for tinkering with the integration of several apps and 3rd party services...I'm a novice when it comes to IT, but I was able to do it all on my own.
SALESFORCE on the other hand passed me off to an IT consultant that wanted almost $10k for the same implementation that I was able to do on my own!
Thank you Pipedrive for the ease and simplicity of your product! I'm already seeing a 3x's better efficiency and soon to be 5x's higher production...fivefold income increase for 2017 is fine by me!
Great CRM but the customer service is crap
My boss decided to use this CRM and I watched the video and it looked great. I was in a trial then my boss opened an account for me so I had two accounts. All I wanted to do is transfer all my data from one account to another. It’s been three days. All I get is the customer service reps sending me a bunch of video’s. I don’t know about anyone else but I am super busy. I watched the video and it still would not work. I called again and the women texted me instructions and the same link that I had been sent all along. Now granted when I started the trail a nice guy got on my computer and transfers my contacts from another CRM for me it took him maybe 5 min. I keep asking why can’t you do that and no answer just the same BS. When you say customer service it means help the client until they are happy. And if you send them the information via video and they watch it and they still can’t get it to work help them. I am not good with computers I will admit that but I would never leave a client hanging so long.
