First Ever App Review
I felt really compelled to write this review. This review really pertains to the “Dashboard”. Let me start by saying, the idea behind this software is a great one and should be applauded!! This software has the potential to be great. I recently enrolled, and everything seems to be going great until the recent updates to the invoice, which in hindsight should have been left alone. Why do I say that....since the update, none of the saved contacts populates in the invoice, the invoice ID, does not populate either, even though, you have it saved in the “Invoice ID” field. What would be the essence of having all your contacts saved, if you have to re-enter it, at the point of invoice? My other complaint would be the customer service, which is a joke. You send a message on the chat, expect a long wait, sometimes, you have to send question again. This despite the advertised “under 10 mins” wait period. I was willing to overlook the poor response time, if things were working smoothly but now it’s all seems so glaring.....Again, great platform, with some tweaks and different approach to real customer service, this has the potential to be great! I am nearing my trial period end, I decided I am going to spend the next couple of days to shop around......On the other end, the drivers love the app, as do I:)

Brokers recommend this app
I ask all our carriers to download and use the Free App. Digital Bols make our process easier for all parties- clients get a clear Bol on both ends, Carrier looks even more organized and professional and Brokers can view download and pay faster since we see the Bols live. Central dispatch load board and Super dispatch work great together and if you use any other app for Bol you will find super dispatch easy to navigate and works on all orders assigned.

10:58 minutes of continuous background activities.
That’s right almost 11 hours of background activities and only after 2 minutes of actual use. Something is not right about it. Not to mention it drains the battery like crazy. UI is terrible on IPad. Overall, it’s a solid 4 star app ( in the future 5 stars).
I had to delete the app. There’s no way to disable background refresh function as it doesn’t even show up under the background refresh setting on the iPhone
