Minor bug fixes and improvements
Used to work but now worthless clutter
I used to love this app and found it very useful since all of my doctors and hospitals used different portals and this made it so easy to just log into one for appointments, notes and results. Now, all of a sudden, it can’t pull anything forward from half of my portals and I’ve confirmed they have data sitting there with the same login info and no new layers of encryption. The other half have things being pulled forward with vague info like medical appointment on such and such date at such and such time, with the main address for the facility, but no provider name to give me any clue as to who I am supposed to see or if I am supposed to be at the main location or a satellite office. I have looked to the developers website to report these issues but find NO place to reach customer support unless you are a business affiliate. Really poor customer service standard. Things didn’t always work like this because I can remember specifically reporting portal issues to them in the past and receiving excellent customer service and attention to help address and correct those issues at that time within hours at that time. I don’t know what changed or why, but shame it did because they have truly hobbled this app and made it impossible to try to get help fixing things without having to resort to leaving bad reviews in the hopes they will read and respond so you can get help and later revise the review.
This app makes me crazy
I really hate this app. I changed an appointment...it is not reflected. UnityPoint has SUCH a superior app. With its charts and graphs. This app is hard to use, not informative and not up to date. So frustrating.
need update. not compatible with new ios.
used to work great, now just stuck on “error” screen.
