Keeps Insisting I Subscribe Again
This app COULD be great, if it worked. I had a subscription at one time, but when I went back to use it, it said my subscription was expried and that I needed to renew. And so I did. After recovering my password, I tried to log on and again was told I needed to renew. And so I did a second time. I tried to log on yet again, and - you guessed it! - was told I needed to renew. I deleted, re-downloaded, and re-installed the app, and it still wants me to renew. I wrote to the developers, but despite a canned email saying they would get back to me, they never did.
