Caffiend is the fast and easy way to stay on top of your caffeine consumption. Now optimized for iPhone X. Designed for speed, Caffiend allows you to enter drinks with one tap. Select from a wide and ever increasing database of drinks and other items that contain caffeine, including items submitted by users just like you!
Using the Journal, you can track your caffeine and hydration intake over days, weeks, months and beyond. If you make an erroneous entry, you can simply swipe to edit or delete. If you ever need to get your Journal data, you can now Export Journal Data to a CSV file and email it to yourself or save it in the Files app.
Quickly enter items you drink often by setting them as a "Quick Drink". With one tap of a Quick Drink, it is added to your daily journal and you're done. Now with Manual Entries, you can also log any amount of hydration or caffeine without going through the database at all. You can also choose from Favorite Drinks and Recent Items - and if you like to mix your own drinks, we also support custom items. Have a custom item you want to share? Submit it for inclusion in the Caffiend database. We will anonymously include your drink so others around the globe can use it too!
You can even adjust your serving size (up to 10x on iPhone, 4x on Watch) if you feel like having a little extra. Missed a drink? Planning ahead? You can also set the date / time of when you want your caffeine/hydration entered.
We sync all of this to Health.app for easy tracking by you or a health care professional if you choose. Since Caffiend now reads data from Health.app, you can also see data input from other apps In your daily totals. If you need access to your daily intake at a glance, you can check your caffeine level with our Notification Center Widget or Apple Watch Glance.
Speaking of Apple Watch, you can now use Caffiend on Apple Watch to add your Quick Drinks from your wrist. We also sync over the entire Favorites list for a wider array of drink options.

Exactly what I needed!
When I decided to limit my caffeine, I downloaded all the apps designed to specifically track coffee intake. And after trying them all out, this one is the best by far. The simplicity of the app is exactly what I needed. Just using it for the first week, I was able to cut my caffeine in half. You can add reminders and set limits for the day. I also like that I can track the amount of water I’m drinking. I’ve found that setting limits on my caffeine, coupled with targets for water has helped me switch to better choices in my beverages.
The database is good and growing. But what I will say is that their customer service is excellent. I emailed about a problem I was having with the app and received an immediate reply with a solution. I wish every app was like this. As far as your favorite drinks, if they are not in the database, you can add them manually and also request that they be added to the master database.
If you’re looking for a way to stick to that New Years resolution. This is the perfect app.

Great little app!
I love this app — it does exactly what I need it to ... it helps me track my caffeine and fluid intake. Nice bonus: it ties in with the Apple Health app, so you can see your trends.
Super convenient to use — add beverages from a list, and the app notes the caffeine and fluid intake. For convenience, you can tag your 3 most frequently consumed beverages, so that you can track your consumption of those with a single click.
Cute, but total caffeine for the day always wrong
I liked the look of the UX and this had better reviews than most of the others I found, but though you can edit the log of what you’ve drunk, the total for the day will NOT update with any change. If I add something after midnight for a few hours before (you can edit time in the log) it still says its for the following day. Completely useless for my purposes; planning to delete and see if I can get my dollar back.

I’m sorry to hear about the bug you are encountering with Caffiend. I am aware of a time zone bug that is present on Caffiend 1.9, which might be what you are running into.
