Fantastic! I love this app
With the stress of day this little app brings you back into the moment, having the watch app is perfect for the reminders right on your wrist, you can create your own reminders right in the app and choose how many times you want to be reminded to come back to the present and just breathe. : )
Fantastic — but more customization please!
This is the best app of this kind I’ve seen, and is simple and useful. I would love to see some more customizability though; in particular, I really want to be able to give myself specific prompts scheduled at specific times of day.

Others may have bells and whistles. This one does what it says, and well. Turns out, it's also my favorite thing about my Apple Watch. Thanks for the present-mindedness!
