Ratings and Reviews
Works some days, never very well
We have had a digital subscription for over a year. What I don't understand is why on some days, the edition does not load. We have super fast internet, so that is not the problem. So, how can McClatchy be late with a digital edition?? Or does their server go down??
On the days we do get the edition to load, the interface is clumsy. They are definitely not spending much time on the reader's experience.
Not working again
I am not getting my subscription again. The problem is with the app and the last time this happened (a few months ago) it took over a week for them to fix it. When I called the support line number it had been disconnected. I’m probably going to cancel my subscription.
When they switched to printing in Twin Falls, the print edition became useless, so I cancelled that and went to the e-edition. Now, more changes and I can’t log into my account from my iPad or iPhone. Had to delete and reload everything. When my subscription runs out, I’m canceling and moving to the Idaho Free Press.
