With the IDProtect app you will have personal protection and peace of mind even while you are on the go!
Time is of the essence in discovering identity theft, since the quicker it is discovered, the easier it is to recover from it. Credit file monitoring is a critical component in discovering identity theft quickly in order to limit the amount of damage that can be done. IDProtect's Credit Monitoring checks your credit report daily and notifies you by email and by text (if activated) when key changes are detected. With the IDProtect app you can check credit alerts on your mobile device and instantly call to learn more or to dispute the activity. You will also have the ability to view your credit report and score.
Should you become a victim, the IDProtect app can easily connect you to a dedicated fraud specialist who will be assigned to manage your case – or connect you to file a claim for identity fraud expense reimbursement to cover expenses associated with restoring your identity.
Lost/stolen credit card? With the IDProtect app you can quickly connect to a representative 24/7 to report your previously registered cards with just one phone call.
To be eligible for the IDProtect app, your financial institution must offer this service to eligible checking account holders. Prior to downloading, be sure to register online at www.IDProtectMe247.com using the Access Code provided by your financial institution.
You will then log in using the same user name and password used online.
IDProtect App Features:
• Ability to access and view credit alerts
• View credit report and score
• Connect to dedicated fraud specialists in the event you have suffered an identity fraud incident

What's New in Version 2.2
Fixed issue for users who haven't pulled a credit report when logging in.
Not much value in having the app. Doesn't really do anything and I still have to go to the website (not mobile friendly) to run a new credit report. I get alerts via email, so what's the purpose of an app that really just shows you the last score you ran and lists the alerts... ??
I have tried to use the app for almost a week now. When I try to sign on, I continue to get a "Network error, try again at a later time" message after putting my password in. I don't have any problems signing on when I go on through the internet, just the app.
I can get my FICO score faster on Discover card app
Seriously, you're really gonna ask for user ID, security question & password every time I want to login to see a FICO Score & Credit report?? Seriously.?! Have you heard of Touch-ID for the iPhone?? Not worth the D/L.
