Great Concept, Poor Execution

I've been using this app for over two years now, but finally reached the last straw today and spent three hours transferring all of my dreams into a different program so that I don't have to use this one anymore.

When I first downloaded this, I was very excited. I love the concept of the app and if all of the bugs were fixed, I'd be very happy with it. Unfortunately, though, this app is super buggy. It crashes frequently for unknown reasons, some of the features (such as "share") have never worked for me, and worst of all, today when I went to go in to copy all of my dreams (which each had to be done individually which was also frustrating), four of them were no longer there in the edit mode. I could view the text but could not copy, edit, or share it. So I had to manually re-type all of it into my new program, which took quite a while since most of my dreams are very long.

Also, I want to mention that the placement of ads make this app very frustrating as well. I have nothing against ads in general and really wouldn't mind if they only showed up at certain times, like when you click on a dream or interpretation, when you save a dream, or something like that. But they will pop up randomly at any time. A lot of the time, this would be while I was writing and would cause me to lose my flow. This was actually the main reason that I initially decided to stop using this app.

Awesome App

I've been using this app for years. It's simple and easy to use. It doesn't complicate things. Pick the main ideas out from your dream and look the meaning up for each subject; combine and solve dream meaning. Takes a minute to learn the flow but all the other dream apps I've tried in the past have you type in the whole dream or make up this ridiculous definition to sugar coat stuff. I had a family member who did dream reading and these definitions are accurate.

Very poor and limited interpretations.

The app itself works fine and has some nice features, but the word and symbol interpretations are mostly all negative and always involve money or fortune. It seems like a predominately "Eastern" interpretation of dreams only as bad omens about fame and fortune, and skips Jungian archetypes and western psychology altogether.

Plus there is no way to add words to the dream dictionary or input your own personal revelations about recurring symbols in your dreams. You just have to take their interpretations as is. :(
