Scale

Eggs 23

I purchased the iHealth HS308FBA scale in 2011 after loving the Target Weight Tactio Health app. It always has been trouble-some connecting to the Bluetooth but I eventually get it to work. I like that I can also email a list to myself. After the change from the iscale app to iHealth app I cannot connect to the scale any more. I have updated I my iPhone 7 and iPad, I have tried to connect through an iPhone 5 (iOS 10.3), I have tried on the iHealth app, iHealth pro app, iHealth Next app, tactio health app, TW vintage app, and the target weight app. I have followed the instructions to zero out the scale, change the batteries, forgot this device in Bluetooth settings, deleting the app and starting over and I cannot connect the scale by Bluetooth or any app. I have also lost the last 200 entries. AND the iHealth website does not even have support for the HS3 anymore. Please help or I will have to move on from this frustrating scale and apps.

Great App

So far I have not had any of the problems that anyone else has had with the app or any other iHealth hardware monitoring. I use 1byone Bluetooth scale, iHealth Ease and Sugar Sense. They all interface nicely sharing data between each other seven they're all in one location so that when I see my doctor everything is right there. It wasn't as hard as others made out to start using the blood pressure monitor the instructions were really simple that came with it you just need to download the one functionality which is the iHeath vitals.

UPDATE, Does not work as advertised with pulse oximeter

jsamsen

I want to set the record straight. I did finally figure out how to get the stored data on the pulse ox to work. It is not obvious. After connecting via ere is a small text in the lower left corner in a subdued color that says “filter data”. Selecting that brings up a screen that allows uploads.

I really like the product and that app is pretty good. I will give it 4 stars due to poor documentation. Help for this was neither on the website or the included manual. Note to developers. Include in docs section called “uploading stored data”.
