First Class Medical

This is a winner, iHealth. Their pedometer, weigh scale Lite, BP5 arm auto-cuff, oximeter are outstanding, for price and performance. Bluetooth has it’s moments, but, it always does. The chart recording on all measures is automatic, you write down nothing. You can have it in many form lists or charts, and, email them to anyone. The reward is in the numbers tracking, getting the best achievement for continued good health. The app is free and is very well thought-out, you’ll be delighted in the displayed results. Glad, I bought into iHealth activity performance monitoring on my Apple iPad mini! As others have written, for the plethora of these devices on the market, you can’t beat iHealth for quality and value. For the bike riders, put the pedometer in the night sleeve Velcro band and wear it on your ankle while peddling, you’ll get credit for the ride. Customer Service response, excellent, very polite and professional attention to your specific details. As Nike says, “Do It!” And, I do have Air Nike’s to go with my iHealth Activity Tracker. The simple exercise of just walking a couple of miles, takes an hour brings desired results. iHealth has thought their product line out carefully and engineered it well.

Rather than updating to support an unreleased product, how about you support existing users?

The app worked pretty well on iOS 8, I like how connecting my cuff opened the app. I HATE the fact that you cannot do measurements without giving them your data, that is BS. The app crashes immediately on iOS 9- how about you fix this first before actually issuing support for a product I can't even buy yet?

Awful is all I can say.

The previous app worked flawlessly. Now I get inconsistent connectivity to my BP monitor. The new GUI is also a step backwards and I agree with a previous reviewer point on why should I have to log in to take My BP. Bring back the old version for iOS. This new app makes me want to abandon this device and never look at another ihealth device again. Oh and while I'm on my pedestal the phone support needs some major help also.
