iHealthTrax makes doctor's appointments more efficient and effective!

With our busy schedules, it is difficult to remember when we first got sick and all the details. iHealthTrax simplifies this task by allowing you to touch a day on the calendar to record various notes. Your data then appears as icons on the calendar, allowing you to see your records at a glance. Keep track of yourself and an unlimited number of people.

Features:
✔ Remembers your health history so you don't have to!
✔ Keep separate calendars for various people (great for keeping track of illness / health in your family)
✔ Record basic information for each person being tracked (name, photo, physician, physician's phone number, notes)
* RECORD notes and symptoms as often as every day
* SUMMARY screen displays all entries
* EXPORT data as email
* Useful for doctor's appointments... consult with iHealthTrax to report when you began feeling sick, when you had a fever, and what your temperature was, symptoms, etc.
* Password protection (go to settings to activate)
* Data BACKUP and restore

On each calendar day, you may record the following:
* Symptoms with time stamp
* Freeform notes
* Pain scale (1-10)

Needs major improvement

I've been using this app every single day for 14 months and it's been great. I wish on the calendar screen there was a button to automatically open up "today" day bc even with my small fingers or more my bad eyes I have to squint to see what todays date is. Or maybe u can highlight today's day better.

** it appears that a lot of reviewers are not aware that you can export the data to email. YOU CAN and as often as you like **
I wish I could set up automatic exporting bc it's not something I think of regularly.
What would be AWESOME is if I can enter my daily meds with a check box next to each one to mark as I take them. I know from my 4/day giant weekly pill organizer but comparing days I forgot pills with my symptoms would be invaluable. And esp important when I print out this diary and show to my dr, it would leave out the guesswork.

Was my fave app but now loses data!!

This was my favorite utility type app but suddenly it's losing data. When I first installed it a couple months ago, it updated on iTunes & I lost our Dec- Feb sicknesses with that update & i had to start over. I've been using it DAILY for the past 8 weeks for a chronic condition that has flared with increasing frequency, making me have to update notes / symptoms etc. from 1-3x a day. I entered today's note, symptoms, & pain scale at 4:15 & updated twice more & each time it lost the updates. Actually, each time I updated, I reentered the lost info with the update & each time it reverted to the first entered info. This affected the notes, pain scale, symtoms, & medication fields. Great concept & very useful but only if it works. And since this is regarding peoples health, it needs to be virtually flawless! It cannot have lost data! Correct the bugs & it will rate 5 .

LOVE IT!

This app is GREAT, it is just what I was looking for. LOVE how you can add information for different people, and have a different calendar for each person. All the little icons on the calendar are GREAT for a quick glance to see what was going on that day. For even more detail, you just touch the day and get an easy to read screen with all the data you entered, and you can also add notes. Summary option is great too, so you can filter out all the sick days (or doctor appointments, meds, notes, temp, info, pain, etc.) and see a summary of just those entries. Easy to understand interface, easy to add information. Does exactly what it says it will. BRAVO!!!
