Browse and search the IKEA range, then add products to a shopping list. Already made a shopping list on the IKEA website? Simply log in to access it in the app*.
PLAN YOUR TRIP
Find the nearest IKEA store based on your location and check opening hours and driving directions. See if products are in stock at your selected store so you can plan the best time to shop.
See where products on your shopping list are located in store and get helpful hints so you don't forget anything. Scan barcodes, QR-codes and article numbers to get product information and add products to your list. Then swipe right on product to mark it as collected and left to remove it from the list.

Improved performance and other minor enhancements
Generally good, two issues
I also don't understand the complaints; I logged in with no problem. Hidden in the settings is a place to enter and displace your IKEA Family card, which is helpful (although other reviewers have a good point about adding it to Apple Wallet). But two other issues: (1) I could only access one Shopping List at a time in the app. App only seems to recognize the most recent list from web use? (2) Signing in to IKEA account on web will automatically log you out of the phone app. If you use multiple/complex passwords, this becomes a real pain to re-login. Please add 1Password tie-in or resolve/remove this log-out issue.
Inaccurate Inventory Status
We were using the app to monitor when inventory would be in stock. We arranged our shopping list and when the items showed in stock, we battled our way into the unpleasant trip that goes along with IKEA shopping only to find our items out of stock. With the app in hand reading in stock, we waited through the massive line to speak to an attendant. The attendant advised "oh yeah, the app is never in sync with current inventory." No apologies, no willingness to let us buy in advance so that our items would be set aside from the next shipment--absolutely no customer service. This may be unique to the Houston store.
Poorly designed, no support
On FIRST attempt to log in, I got an error message saying that my account was locked because of too many failed attempts and that they were sending me an email explaining what to do. The email arrived quickly. It said, in its entirety, “Your account has been locked.” The link to Customer Service takes you to a page that provides no relevant information. Useless. Did this app go through any sort of testing?
