Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
I'm Here - Let people know where you are!
Or where you will be or wish you were!
Version 4.1 is almost entirely new.
- Preview the location your sending
- No setup needed
- Manually reset your location
- Native SMS
Tap the target button in the lower left corner and
you can change your location. Double tap the tool to set the location.
Emails contain a subject, message, Google map and detailed location information.
Text messages should contain only the subject and a link.
Many smart phones recognize the link in a text message and make it clickable, the iPhone does this and will bring up the Google map app when clicked.
What's New in Version 4.1
Uses native SMS features in iOS 4
More compact interface.
Great little app
I often use this app when I travel - quick way to send where I am to people who are interested . . . or at least don't mind hearing where I am.
I've not had any problem at all with it getting my contacts out of Gmail. I've also had no problem with it crashing - well, maybe a time or two out of the 100 or so times I've used it.
The very first time I used it it did indicate that not only was I in Washington, DC, but I was IN the White House Rose Garden, I think. And because I was umm . . . not stupid, but in a hurry, I sent it.
Now, it works great for me - as accurate as Gmaps for me. Quick, easy, no complaints about the 99¢. I recommend it.
Waste of money
