We are sorry to inform you that transfer errors are found on some devices with iOS12.
We’ve added bug fixes on following issues on version 2.0.1
・Image can not be transferred on some devices
However, we have noticed App forced termination in the below condition regardless of App version.
・Image Sync is terminated forcedly during transferring or just after completion of transfer when you transfer more than ten images at one time during loading thumbnail of in-camera images if your device saves more than 500 images.
In case you face the above situation, please kindly try the below method.
・Transfer less than 10 images at one time, or start transferring after completion of loading thumbnail images.
We will continue efforts to improve Image Sync and also resolve the above failures by future updates.

Cost money to buy GRII which supports wireless transferring photos. Thought this is awesome, but this app is simply garbage. After transferred photos and I backed up my photos to iCloud, there are no photos on my phone anymore, but this app still took my all storage and never release the empty storage back to me. Every time after transfer photos, I must delete this app once to release storage back, then download again to use for next transferring. So get tired of this. Ricoh's IT programmers are just garbage!
Please fix - Updated
Updated: The 2.0.1 update appears to have fixed issues syncing issues. I was able to transfer single images as well as groups of images without issue. The app is much more intuitive than earlier versions and finally appears to be the fully functional and usable app it was promised to be.
I was able to download images with the previous version, though very slow and it wasn’t very intuitive on how. With version 2 I can’t even download images one at a time. It just stays at 0% for 5-10 minutes even with my my camera (k70) a couple inches away. I was able to get a couple to show progress to 100% after waiting an incredibly long time but it would just get stuck there and wouldn’t finish. It also seems to drain the battery on my iPhone incredibly quickly. On the plus side the user interface is easier to use and more intuitive. Too bad it doesn’t work.

It connects to the phone but doesn’t transfer jpegs to iPhone, the transfer percentage stays at 0% forever and both the camera and phone goes to sleep.
The only reason i upgraded from GR to GRII is for wifi.
Ricoh please please make it work like Fuji and Sony cameras do.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
