Great for me

I currently have almost 9000 miles logged between runs, treadmill runs, rides and walks. There are so many things to like. I use the app daily and have dumped all the others I was using. I like the friends feature, so I can see what my family and friends are doing. I like the dashboard feature so that I can look back on previous months and weeks. The challenges keep me going. Overall I have had very few issues and the staff is quick to respond. GPS tracking problems have been the only problem and they have only been 3 or 4 times in hundreds of workouts. I recommend this app to everyone.

Great APP for my rehabilitation

I am a Disable Veteran and was paralyzed from the neck down years ago I have regained most of my motor skills but am left with severe weakness especially in my Right Leg.

As a consequence, I have put on too much weight sitting around. The VA sent me through a ten week Dietary course to learn to eat healthy. I have lost 24 lbs and decided to get the exercise to help lose more weight while strength in my legs.

This program helps me track my workout time as well as Calories burned. It is fantastic ! I recommend it for everyone!

Three years ago I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic. At 330 lbs I had to loose weight . Started exercising at home on a elliptical 30 min. a day and followed my Diabetic Dietitians plan . Found Map My Ride App and it helps keep me on track with biking and exercise. I bike approx 28miles per week in the Ozark's and now weigh 230lbs . I will be 56 years old in Feb 2016 and loving life thanks to the support of friends , family and Apps like Map My Ride for motivation !
